Developing Windows Mobile Applications
Aims and objectives
The windows Mobile platform is based on the Microsoft Windows CE platform
and represents Microsoft’s continued investment in mobile device software.
Windows Mobile Pocket PCs and Smartphones present a great opportunity
for software developers to leverage the power of mobile technology.
The two day course consists of discussions of Windows Mobile technologies
and 50% of the time will be spent in hands on exercises where
the delegate can gain real experience developing Windows Mobile
technology. This helps to reinforce an understanding of how to
best utilise this technology.
To get the most out of this course delegates should be experienced
programmers with some exposure to either VB.NET or C#. An understanding
of component based design and development would be advantageous.
